Children's Images

Many parents store their children's art in digital form. But sometimes it is difficult for us to understand or to remember what was drawn... Children like to explain their images, for example 'It's me", 'It is a dragon'. How to store the the explanation?

( May be Siegfrid was mixed Weyland, ohter scandinavian Hero   Plume looks better thanon the previous illustration:)?  The inscription: Bears ravine Dragon Grog had destroyedSiegfrieds House. The horse was sendto Siegfried by Angel Clounds are puffs of Dragons smoke...Thats why they looks like monsters
